voting on at Special Town Meeting. The League of Women Voters of
Westford will host this meeting on Thursday, October 3 at 7 p.m. in
the JV Fletcher Library Mary Atwood Room. Learn about why the town is
proposing construction of a new center fire station on Boston Rd.,
other capital appropriations, budget transfers, and town plans.
Several Bylaw amendments are also being proposed, including a new Sign
Bylaw and a new section to the Junk Dealers chapter to address drop
boxes. Know the issues and be prepared for Special Town Meeting on
Monday, October 21 at 7:30 p.m. in the Abbot School Gym.
