Restorative Justice is a practice of dealing with harm resulting from crime and wrong-doing. This proc- ess recognizes the critical elements
of inclusion, accountability, repara- tion, healing and reintegration. It centers on those who have been harmed. Restorative programs also focus on the needs of offenders by providing them the respect and op- portunity to address the impact of their offense.
